Final assembly of the 777X will still be in Everett but will be highly automated with much reduced labor force.

The composite wings will either go to South Carolina or Long Beach. Now to solve the logistics with even more cavernous and longer Dreamlifters.

General trend is Boeing will go to better labor areas out of Puget Sound.

In South Carolina, by the time the 777X wings will go into production, labor expertise will have risen to accomplish the job with good quality. Automation will also rise in composite production.

Puget Sound lost from high labor expectations.
